For background, my wife, Kay and I are working together as a team. That's not unusual, but what is maybe a bit better than usual is that we have over two and a half decades of varied experience in real estate, spanning four states, and including corporate real estate services, partnership in major suburban office development, in addition to sales experience in both San Diego and a wide variety of Colorado high country residential properties. In short, we've done a lot and have a great deal of perspective to share. You might find us to be "comfortable-corporate" types. Professional, but not edgy.

We get to work together, share time, experiences we couldn't otherwise, and when we can, we enjoy the outdoors here in all its glory,
We are afforded everyday experiences that truly help us speak about this lifestyle with genuine regard for it, having learned to enjoy nearly everything you might want to do up here. In every day we live and work up here, we might go fly fishing, cycling over mountain passes, ski or snowboard powdery descents through alpine woods, play adult hockey at night with friends, shoot inspring photographs of moose, elk, mountain ridges, or we may just gratefully while away a couple of hours on our sailboat "Windsong" on gusty Lake Dillon. Integration of life, of the fun that makes life genuinely worth living and then getting to show new friends exactly how this life really works is what our life is all about up here.
